The class size may vary in numbers, starting from a one on one to a maximum of 10 depending on the type of class and day of the week.

Detailed information and explanation from our experts, taking you through the recipes step by step.

After following the Chef’s detailed demonstration, you will be on assigned work station with your recipe and ingredients, and will share the tasks to prepare your menu from scratch.
Hands On: These are full participation classes. Students take part in practicing techniques and preparing the menu items.
Demonstration: Designed as an observation class, participants watch while chefs explain and show recipe preparation and cooking techniques.

You will be guided with lots of new methods and techniques throughout the class from our knowledgeable chefs – please feel free to ask if you have any question.

You will have intervals to refresh your self with some tea or coffee along with a quick snack.

Finally, you will all come together as a team to bake or cook up your meal with your fellow students, all overlooked with constant guidance from our Chef.

What to expect after your class?
- Our inhouse team will have prepared a dine out ready for you in our terrace garden to take a seat, relax, and enjoy your cooking efforts as a class!
- If you are in a hurry, there is no worry you can take your food home in our takeaway boxes.
