It was wonderful being a partner of the Pastry Chef Award for the India Cake Awards.

Head Judge Chef Rumana Jaseel from IncredileArt, Chef Nicholas Lodge from Chicago, Chef Nimit Somaya from Taj Lands End, the amazing Rosie Mazumdar - Editor and Founder of Cake Masters Magazine, London and the adorable Khushi Malani.

The assessment for the Pastry Chef Award was held today at Mahek's Atelier. The theme was Nature and the finalists had to prepare and present Tarts, Bonbons and a Chocolate Showpiece based on that theme. All the finalists did a splendid job.
